CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
All Classes Are One Hour

Carb Burn
Burn max calories through high intensity total body work out. Includes plyometrics, light weight lifting, and agility drills.


Cardio Sculpt
Mix of total body exercises combining aerobics, weight lifting, resistance bands, plyometrics and core builders. Interval training at its best.


Hard Core
Its a hard core class that focuses on hardening your core! Build a stronger mid section (abs, lower back) to support all life activities, build endurance and look great.


Kat Fight
Plyometrics, explosive moves, including mountain climbers, agility challenges, unusual and innovative intervals- definitely cardio intense. All skill levels.


Kickbox
Boxing drills for all levels. Intense cardio, heavy bag/focus mitt use- no sparring.


Pilates Fusion
A little Pilates, a little Yoga, a little stretching and a lot of core strength building. Complement your cardio routine with some intense focus on whole body alignment and deep breathing for total well being.


Power Trip
The Power part involves weight lifting, the Trip part is on the bike. Get ready to fulfill your cardio and resistance requirement in one excellent class!


Power Yoga
Breathe, Strengthen, Stretch, Relax, Enjoy! Integrating body and mind through yoga poses with focus on flexibility. All levels welcome.


Raw Steel
Are you up to the challenge? This class combines weight training and isolated movements, working and toning all major muscle groups- in just a 1/2 hr!


Runners High
1/2 hr Abs workout open to Fed Hill Runners Group. Build abdominal strength and endurance while stabilizing entire core through simple yet effective excercises- not just crunches!


Sculpt & Abs
Lift like you mean it. Get results. More like a group personal training session than any other class, you will learn the right form and to use the right weights. The soreness you will feel the day after will mean you did it right...really!


Spin
Grab a bike and join the ride as you go on a simulated outdoor adventure. Whether you are preparing for a bike trip of your own or just interested in having fun, this class gives you the workout you need to build strength and cardiovascular endurance.


Step It Up!
Sports conditioning in several stations, focusing on the Step. High energy, but not complicated Step moves for all experience levels.


Sweat Box
High energy class teaches basic boxing moves. No contact boxing, just heart pumping power moves!


Yogalates
A slightly challenging workout, interspersing Pilates-style exercises with yoga stretching - a natural combination that sculpts every muscle, increases flexibility, tightens your tummy and actually lengthens your body. Noticeable results in ten sessions.
