Aqua Aerobics
Get Wet and Get Fit at Otterbein Swim Club! Use water resistance, foam weights and kickboards to get your blood pumping. Series of drills and fun tunes.


Beginner/Intermediate Yoga
Turn your evening time into a rejuvenating experience with this relaxing workout. These gentle poses help you release tension and become more focused, centered, and peaceful.


Bootcamp
"We Want You!" Not for the faint of heart, this class will bust you into shape through a series of drills and obstacles, challenging the way you think about group fitness!


Conditioning
Hey sports fans, learn how to run, jump, and move like a pro. These sports drills and exercises improve strength, agility, and cardiovascular fitness. "Give that fan a contract!"


Easy Rider
Introduction to Spin, but still an intense workout. Come ready to sweat while you learn!


Endurance Spin
Designed to increase riding endurance, this class will have you sweating in no time. Grab a towel and a bottle of water because this is no "sit down and enjoy the ride" kind of class.


Get On The BALL!
Core strengthening class with use of stability balls.


Hard Core
Its a hard core class that focuses on hardening your core! Build a stronger mid section (abs, lower back) to support all life activities, build endurance and look great.


Krav Maga (Combat)
Krav Maga is a simple, effective self defense system that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios. Intense cardio.


Meltdown
Spin and weights, get two for the price of one! Ride for part of the class, lift for the other half- walk out with a complete workout.


Muscle Spin
Similar to the spin class, this biking adventure relies on tension to work the major muscle groups. Build muscle and endurance while pushing yourself to the limit.


Pilates Fusion
A little Pilates, a little Yoga, a little stretching and a lot of core strength building. Complement your cardio routine with some intense focus on whole body alignment and deep breathing for total well being.


Power Moves
Are you up to the challenge? Designed for the serious athlete, this class combines weight training and isolated movements, working and toning all major muscle groups.


Power Trip
The Power part involves weight lifting, the Trip part is on the bike. Get ready to fulfill your cardio and resistance requirement in one excellent class!


Power Vinyasa Flow
Taught in the Baptiste style, this type of yoga is a dynamic practice combining precise education, intuitive self discovery, and profound knowledge that encourages you to transform your limitations into authentic personal power.


Spin
Grab a bike and join the ride as you go on a simulated outdoor adventure. Whether you are preparing for a bike trip of your own or just interested in having fun, this class gives you the workout you need to build strength and cardiovascular endurance.


Sports Challenge
Plyometrics, explosive moves, including mountain climbers- definitely cardio intense. All skill levels. 1/2 hour class.


Step
Improve your cardiovascular endurance and tone muscles through choreographed step routines. Experience is helpful, but not necessary.


Step It Up!
Sports conditioning in several stations, focusing on the Step. High energy, but not complicated Step moves for all experience levels.


Strength Training
Lift like you mean it. Get results. More like a group personal training session than any other class, you will learn the right form and to use the right weights. The soreness you will feel the day after will mean you did it right...really!


Yogalates
A slightly challenging workout, interspersing Pilates-style exercises with yoga stretching - a natural combination that sculpts every muscle, increases flexibility, tightens your tummy and actually lengthens your body. Noticeable results in ten sessions.
